Los Angeles-based Panda Security announced on Friday that it has detected two new computer worms, Nuwar.OL and Valentin.E, that use the topic of Valentine’s Day to spread.

TOSHIBA expects to launch its 12.1-inch business notebook pc ‘Dynabook RX1 SE120E/2W’ in Japan market.
Running on Intel Core 2 Duo U7600(1.20GHz), it supports 1,280 x 800(WXGA) resolution and 64GB SSD. According to the company, the Dynabook RX1 is shockproof from height of 75cm.

Hitachi builds a half-terabyte notebook hard drive

HITACHI has announced a 500GB capacity hard drive intended for 2.5-inch applications such as gaming consoles, laptops and compact desktops.
The company says the Travelstar 5K500 model is available with either 400GB or 500GB capacity and uses a 3.0Gbps SATA interface. Hitachi claims the unit is the world’s highest capacity mobile internal hard drive.
